The object of the game is not to get tickled (or is it to get tickled?), and it is best played following dinner when your Mommy or Daddy is trying to clean-up. Basically, you taunt Mommy or Daddy, repeatedly yelling “Blah, blah, chicken-head,” until they get tired of hearing it and try to catch you. That's when you run to “base” (our base is the couch in the playroom). If you get to base you're safe, and once Mommy or Daddy has returned to the kitchen it starts all over again!

Now, if you get caught before you get to base you're probably going to get tickled a whole bunch. And if you play as a team with your brothers and sisters, you have to help anyone who gets caught by screaming “Blah, blah, chicken-head” as loud as you can. This will usually distract your Mommy & Daddy so that the kid who got caught can get away.

Watch out, though... Mommy & Daddy can be pretty smart and they don't always return to the kitchen! Sometimes they'll hide in order to trick us and catch us (which is okay, because then we get tickled!). If you happen to lose sight of them when running for base they could be anywhere — behind the sofa, in the bathroom, under the table — anywhere! So, now your goal is first to find them and then to scream at them “Blah, Blah, Chicken-Head!”
