I am a computer trainer for Thinq working some days from my downtown, Baltimore office and some days from our home in Smithsburg, Maryland. By day, Steve is an accountant for Smith, Eliot, Kearns and Company in Hagerstown, Maryland.

By night (and weekends!) Steve has been really working hard on our home — the new addition is almost complete! The original part of our house is a log home from at least the early 1800's. The new two story addition includes a basement and doubles our living space. It is beautiful!

We are still newlyweds, having just gotten married October 14, 2000. We love living in a small country town and building our own home ourselves. Who knows... Maybe next year the barn will be raised and the dogs, goats, pig and horses can start arriving.
