With no score late in the third quarter, you could feel the tension building. Two teams locked in a mid-field clash, each looking to take command of the ball. Suddenly Anthony broke free from the pack with control of the ball. He cut left and found himself with only the goalie between him and destiny. He shoots — He scores! The crowd of parents were on their feet cheering as Anthony's teammates mobbed him in front of the goal.

“When I saw the goal I came running up field as if we had just won the World Cup!” said Coach Angelo, describing his excitement. “It was a thing of beauty — I am so happy for Anthony!” It was a terrific moment indeed.
