He joined the beginner band at school in September, took up the trumpet and he has stuck with it. Recently DJ's talents were on display as he performed in his first school concert.

Most exciting though is that of the 30+ students in the school band he was one of only two students given an award for "Most Promising Musician". DJ received a special certificate and a band pin for his accomplishment. Needless to say, all of us at DeLucia.org are thrilled! Way to go DJ!
